Stress Less and Be Curious

World Mental Health Day Saturday 10th October

Growing up one of my favourite TV shows was Prof Julius Sumner Miller –  Why is it so? It sparked my curiosity to seek to understand Why Is It So?

So when things happen in my life I naturally ask myself the question: “Hmmm – why did that happen?  What can I learn from this? What can I learn from this about myself? I seek to find an answer. I seek to find a solution. And I seek to find a positive solution. I believe we are here to learn and grow and enjoy the journey together on this magnificent planet.

A healthy attitude makes all the difference. I expect a positive outcome. I look for a positive outcome. And guess what, I do always find a positive outcome. I guess if I looked for a negative outcome I would find a negative outcome. But I don’t, I choose to find a positive outcome.

I believe there is always something better around the corner – and in my own experience, that has always been true.

Be Curious. Ask Questions….and Ponder, Be Creative, Be Imaginative.

   – How can I make money from what I love to do?

   – How can I do things differently to get what I want in life?

   – Who can help me create the business I imagine and dream about?

   – Who can I join up with that together we can help others and make money?

Questions plant seeds. Let time nurture and grow those seeds. Let an idea germinate and gather moment, all the while you are curious and creative, feeding your idea with healthy vibes and energy.

To keep your mental health, choose to have a healthy attitude to life.

Be Curious, Be Creative, Be Kind To Yourself.

“Attitude is a little thing that makes a big difference.”
