If you can’t find another way, talk to a friend or colleague to help you find another way, find a different solution.

There is always a way, always another solution. Never give up!

Life can be a win-win – it’s a matter of perspective and attitude.

Use these 3 Simple Steps to help lighten the load for you:

A – Accept.

Accept that “that person is doing the best they can do.”

That person may know no other way or be stuck in their own “story”

B – Breathe.

Take a loooong, deeeeep, breath and let go of the stress and tension in your mind and in your body.

C – Choose.

Choose a new direction … with your creative newly revived energy.

Choose what feels right for you in your heart of hearts. It’s not about what happens, it’s about what you do with what happens. You CAN choose to take another direction.
